Dear friends,
This Valentine's Day, the 14th of February, 2023 will be our last day for operations in Singapore. After giving it a great deal of thought we've made a hard decision to close our fulfilment operations here.This year we decided to transform Hello Chocolate into something new and to focus on our new projects and new markets. Our business will continue to be dedicated to sharing the message of fine ethically-made chocolate and sustainability in every aspect of our lives more widely than ever before.
In the next phase, we will continue to learn, educate and travel searching for new talented chocolate makers and sharing our message. Serving our Singapore customers will be always a part of what we are, so but starting the next month all fulfillments will be run by our global operations in the US and there will be different assortment, shipping fees and lead times.
We've spent the last two very exciting but also very challenging years travelling, thinking and planning. So, now we are ready for a new chapter that will bring us closer to our goal. Thank you for being with us all those years and we hope you will continue to stay with us on this new journey!
