Dark chocolate by definition is a type of chocolate made without milk (completely vegan!). They only contain cacao beans, cacao butter, and sugar. The healthier versions of dark chocolates contain a relatively higher cacao percentage of 70% and above. 100% chocolate is a type of dark chocolate made purely of cacao and cacao butter, and does not contain any sugar or milk at all. It is intensely bitter and is usually for someone who has specifically tried 100% chocolate and knows what they are expecting.
