The Best Craft Chocolate from Around the World & Chocolate Gifts Delivery in Singapore

You can choose a Same-day Shipping option when you place your order before 10 AM SGT. All orders received after 10 AM will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). We charge 8 SGD for the Same-day Delivery and 7 SGD for the Next-day delivery option. 

The Hello Chocolate Team is doing our absolute best to get your orders delivered in the best condition possible and have devoted immense effort into the research and development of our packaging. We also continue to do our best in delivering your orders on the day you have chosen for deliveries. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to guarantee the exact timing of the deliveries, but all deliveries will fall between 2pm and 6pm on the day of delivery.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and as always, greatly appreciate the loyalty and support as we work to improve our processes.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you or your recipient are unable to receive your delivery, please notify us before noon (12pm) on the day of your delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Standard Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over $65. Delivery is a flat fee of $7 for orders below $65. Place your orders before 5pm and it will be delivered the next business day or on the date you chose during check out.

Same-Day Delivery

A flat fee of $8 is incurred for same-day deliveries placed before 10AM of the day. Please select same-day delivery option for this to apply.

There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Singapore public holidays.

Delivery of pre-order items

Please refer to the estimated delivery times of pre-order items. The order will only be delivered when all items have arrived.

Changes to Delivery Particulars and Redeliveries

If you wish to make any changes to delivery dates, times, or details, please notify us by noon (12pm) on the day that your order is due to be delivered.

For same day deliveries, if you require a last-minute change to the delivery time, an $8 redelivery fee will apply.


If our team does not receive a prior notification and there is no one to receive your delivery during the chosen timeslot, an additional $8 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries.

Should any issue arise with delivery, our delivery men will attempt to contact you via the phone number that you have provided during checkout.
