This is an intense dark bar made with only cacao beans and cacao butter. It is made for those who are health-conscious and enjoy a treat without the calories. All of the Taiwan Chocolates are made from tree-to-bar in Fu Wan in Ping-Tung county, which means that the brand is responsible for fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding in accordance with the highest possible standards.
Fu Wan is a recent champion of International Chocolate Awards - a considerably challenging international chocolate competition. More importantly, the awards showed the quality of Taiwan cacao and its processing capabilities. This is the first Taiwan chocolate made of Taiwan cacao beans in our collection and it promises to be one of the trendiest chocolates of the next decade along with some Asian destinations like Thailand and Malaysia.
Features
Intense dark chocolate with notes of caramel. 5x2 ridged square mould with a consistent matte gloss finish. The bar has a smooth, fudgy, light flake texture. The bar's aroma is subtle but you will feel the warmth from the first bite.
