This bean-to-bar chocolate is a part of Raaka's Botanical Collection created in collaboration Raaka steeps jasmine and mint in cacao butter, then blends it with single origin cacao for a soothing and uplifting dark chocolate. The chocolate equivalent to tea time.
They're proud to partner with their neighbor, the landmark New York Botanical Garden, which supports living collections of more than one million plants inside their 250-acre landscape and conservatory. This bar celebrates the beauty and flavor of the plants that surround and sustain us.
Each bar is wrapped in botanical artwork from NYBG’s historical archives. A percentage of proceeds goes back to NYBG’s work in plant science and conservation, horticulture, and education. NY Botanical Garden is one of the top two freestanding botanical gardens in the world where plant and fungal research is conducted, thanks to the resources of the International Plant Science Center, the William and Lynda Steere Herbarium, and the LuEsther T. Mertz Library.
