Soy Couverture filled with sesame praline, ginger and dates
Indian wisdom to sink one‘s teeth into: ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon and dates are the flavour messengers and aromas of the Indian teaching that treats food as medicine. The ingredients are bathed in a white soy ganache which rests on a layer of sesame praline. Coated with a vegan equivalent of milk chocolate.
