Dark Milk Chocolate filled with dates and mint ganache

From the tree to the chocolate bar. Zotter had created a deliciously sweet layer made from dates. Then added a classic and refreshing mint ganache made from chocolate, mint, and a dash of sugar cane brandy, topped the whole bar with a thin milk chocolate layer, and covered it in milk chocolate with 60% cacao powder.
