This dark milk chocolate bar made using Indonesian cacao that had been dried with open fires whose smoke infuses the beans with a distinctive aroma, resulting in the highly unusual flavour notes typical of bars from the region. Nibble on this chocolate in front of a fireplace (or a makeshift one if you're in the tropics like us) with a cup of hot cocoa to finish off a long day at work.
