Veritable chocolate culture at its finest. A chocolate ganache made from a blend of milk and dark chocolates, spiced up with a fiery Bird's Eye Chili, enhanced with a dash of sugar cane brandy and covered in a fine, bitter chocolate coat with a 70% cacao content.
