A very fruity filling made from bits of mango mixed with a mango couverture, cashew praline and a dash of lemon juice on top of a lemon chocolate layer created with homemade lemon confit and white chocolate. A fruity chocolate dancing show featuring refreshing lemon pirouettes, covered in delicious dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
