Story

Zotter's hand-scooped chocolate is a mixture of unlimited inventiveness and a lot of manual labour. They are filled chocolates. The fillings are spread on in layers on long tracks. During this process, up to 6 different layers are combined and coated all around with chocolate. Thanks to the wonderful compositions of taste and their unique design the Hand-scooped Chocolates have turned into a cult. 

Features

A pink fruity burst of a strawberry layer on top of a pineapple ganache, which lends this delicacy its contrasting sweet and tart flavours. The white chocolate layer is as thin as a breath and is pleasantly crunchy underneath a milk chocolate coating, which retains quite a bit of character with its 60% cocoa solid content. An unusual but fascinating fruit combination.

raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, FULL CREAM MILK POWDER, glucose invert sugar syrup, pineapple concentrate, strawberries, dried pineapples, dried strawberries, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, MILK, strawberry concentrate, pepper, emulsifier: soy lecithin, lemon juice concentrate, SWEET WHEY POWDER, whole cane sugar, salt, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate & corn starch & sugar°), dried blueberries, vanilla, cinnamon.
Cocoa: 60% minimum in the Dark Milk Chocolate.

Full cream milk powder from "Bio vom Berg", organic farmers from Tyrol.
