62% dark chocolates made from tree to bar in Ping Tung, Southwest county of Taiwan. It has strong notes of nuts, caramel, rum, licorice, and tropical fruit acidity, gentle and balanced. Cacao nibs sprinkled on it bring extra texture and fruity notes to the chocolate.
