Dandelion - Dark Chocolate - Hacienda Azul Costa Rica 70%
A nice label is always a good start, but it’s what is inside that counts. No real surprises in regards to the appearance; it’s a deep shade of brown, the texture is a little sticky, decent snap. Dandelion does not add additional cocoa butter to their bars, but this bar is creamy feeling. Strong chocolatey base with notes of caramel, toggle and a bit of graham crackers. This will appeal to anyone who likes dark, earthy bread slathered in butter.
