As we have come to expect from Pralus, the bar begins with a clean snap and smooth melt.  A rich an buttery mouthfeel make eating this bar a wonderfully indulgent experience. Roasted and gently smoked notes dominate the bar’s profile. We also tasted subtle hints of citrus fruits and spice beneath the surface. A quick flash of earthy liquorice melds with candied orange peel, appearing and dissolving quickly on the tongue.
