Super dark chocolate with an easy, ice cream-like melt. We make this bar with Tanzanian cacao from Kokoa Kamili, freeze-dried strawberries, and shredded coconut and that's it! At 80% cacao, this bar is strong, bright and more tart than sweet. If you like the idea of an unsweetened chocolate bar with bright bursts of strawberry coming through, then this is your bar! It's kind of about loving the chocolate and not the sugar. Very satisfying!
