The spring in Central Chile, when the fruit trees are blooming. OBOLO recreated that experience in this naturally infused Earl Gray chocolate bar. The result is a light, sweet and extremely elegant chocolate, with a round, fruity flavour balanced with the exotic notes of bergamot. It ends very pleasantly on the palate with a sweet citrus aftertaste. This chocolate was recognized with a Bronze Medal (2019) at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
