A 100% sublime chocolate couverture by Zotter created with the legendary Arriba fine cocoa from Ecuador: Arriba cocoa, alongside the Criollo, counts among the top cocoa beans in the world and is harvested exclusively in Ecuador. It is a rare cocoa bean with a very distinct flavour profile ranging from floral-nutty to subtly spicy. 
This chocolate couverture is completely organic, fair-trade and created bean-to-bar at our Zotter manufactory.

Our BASiC Fine Chocolate Couverture comes in the shape of very handy little light bulbs that make dosage and tempering that much easier.
