Story
Coffee and chocolate are in a secret love affair. If a splash of milk is added to this passionate recipe, it becomes even more piquant. Speaking less erotically, a cup of Flat White meet every human need! First, Naive's team selected a unique Lithuanian coffee grown in El Salvador, which was discovered in 1949 on a farm owned by the Pacas family (the descendants of the Lithuanian Duke family Pacas). Then they fused Pacas's coffee with selected cacao beans. The recipe turned out to be both modern and classical and more than satisfactory. Naive's team has been fine-turning this recipe for nearly eight years and this newest version left no one indifferent.
FACTS. Around 1800, Jose Rosa Pacas decided to explore the world of coffee and planted Arabica coffee trees of the Bourbon variety all over Apaneca Lamatepec mountain. In 1905, his descendant Alberto Pacas discovered a natural mutation in some of the plantation's trees. The newly discovered mutation met all criteria of fine flavour coffee: rich with apricot, hazelnut, cacao flavour notes, low in acidity, with a sweet, lasting aftertaste. To this day, Pacas's coffee excites the coffee aficionados around the world.

ABOUT EQUATOR COLLECTION. The Equator collection concept is to use ingredients that come from a single ecosystem. Because and ecosystem's minerals, water, and soil give life to its plants, the living things that thrive together inherently taste good together. Every chocolate bar from this collection is solely composed of ingredients grown the area on region of the earth surrounding the equator with bright and intense flavours symbiotically blended into the house made tropical chocolate.

Maker Description
In a little town on the Eastern side of Lithuania,
Naive Chocolate
makes outstanding bean-to-bar chocolate. Each and every morning, the chocolate master carefully roasts fresh cacao beans whose delicious aroma gently awakens the residents of the town. Just as they were hundreds of years ago, cacao beans are slowly rolled and conched to release their extraordinary bouquet of fruits, nuts and flowers in a delicately finished chocolate bar. These handcrafted bars are later stored to mature and form a complicated array of tastes and seasonings. Two key principles are most important to Naive. First, the maker only works with the best ingredients in the world. Second, they seek to become world-class craftsmen in working with this type of exquisite production. Naive makes chocolate in ways that help to reveal the character of a particular cacao bean. The chocolate is finally born after a meticulous analysis of taste, colour, smell and texture.
